Shipping conditions (including statutory VAT)

We ship throughout Europe. We offer DHL as our shipping partner.

Shipping within Germany

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders with a gross value of €49.00 or more.

Shipping outside of Germany

We charge €8.98 for shipping to Austria.

We offer free shipping to Austria for orders over €98.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). Delivery of downloadable products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).

Downloadable products will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

You can download products via a link sent to you by email.

This email containing access data for the download will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after receipt of your payment).

You can download products from your customer account.

The download will be available within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after your payment has been processed).

You will also be notified by email when it is available.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany and Austria takes 1-2 business days, and international deliveries take 3-4 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Express delivery within Germany and Austria takes place within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are delivered the same day.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Klarna:

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: Payment is due within 14 days of dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the date the service is made available. Immediate: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

The use of the payment method "invoice" requires a positive credit check. Therefore, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase agreement, we forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
