In our online shop, you can also order on account! We work with Klarna for this. Klarna is one of the leading payment providers in the EU and a newly licensed bank that handles payment processing for us externally. Therefore, payments for orders placed on account must always be made to Klarna. Cancellation & Return

You no longer wish to receive your package or would like to cancel your order? Send us an email via our contact form so we can advise you on the cancellation process. We can issue you a return label for your return shipment.

Please notify our customer service in writing of your return before shipping it, and be sure to include your order number. You can find this number in the top right corner of your invoice. This is the only way we can correctly assign and process your return. After registration, you can return the products within 30 days of receipt to the following address: TradeNova Phoebé Care Am Frauwald 14 Germany 65510 Idstein. We will send you a return label via email. Please ensure that you ship the goods securely and, if possible, in the original packaging to avoid damage during transport. Return shipping costs within the deadline are usually borne by CELLINA Health Care GmbH.

Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Damaged or opened products are not eligible for return.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price via the originally chosen payment method.
